Creamy and Cheesy Mashed Cauliflower Recipe
Cook time: 5 to 7 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 heads organic cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons raw butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw organic cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Dr. Mercola’s Himalayan salt, pepper, garlic powder and other spices to taste
 
Procedure
  1. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Place steamed cauliflower in large mixing bowl or food processor.
  3. Add butter, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  4. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Sprinkle with extra cheese, if desired.
