It is my experience in working with many people that most have too little stomach acid, which can make the body too acid. There needs to be a balance between the stomach ph and the body ph. Stomach acid must be present for people to be able to digest their food. With out it digestion and assimilation is poor causing all sorts of diseases including infections of all kinds, inflammations and general poor health. This should be one of the first considerations when looking at the cause of poor health or a disease. Taking HCL is necessary for many with this condition, sometime many capslues at each meal.
