What else is important to know about sun care?
What you eat also affects your skin. Lots of antioxidant rich foods are important and can actually protect your skin. So eat lots of brightly colored vegetables and fruits (like watermelon) and herbs like parsley and rose hips for their vitamin C and antioxidant content. Add turmeric and ginger to your food as well. 

And here is the fun part: Chocolate is a sun protector! New information. How good is that!!? Use the For the Love of Chocolate cocoa




mix....and.... Add equal amounts of the powder and melted coconut oil making it into a dip. Dipped Strawberries are especially yummy!!
